Earwavs Media LLC — Las Vegas, Nevada — Effective 2026
Earwavs Media LLC agrees to provide audio recording and/or mixing services as agreed in writing (email, invoice, or message confirmation).
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered. No final deliverables will be released until payment is completed in full.
Two (2) revision rounds are included with all mixing services. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional fees, to be agreed upon before work begins.
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days depending on project scope. Rush delivery may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
The client must provide all necessary files, stems, and references before mixing begins. Delays caused by incomplete or late submission of materials are not the responsibility of Earwavs Media LLC.
Upon receipt of full payment, final mix files are delivered to the client. Earwavs Media LLC retains the right to use excerpts of the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Earwavs Media LLC is not responsible for creative differences that arise beyond the agreed revision rounds. Our commitment is to deliver professional quality within the scope of services agreed upon.
